Camera Tools

For my recordings, I mostly use the Camo app on my phone. It's easy to use, while recording you don't really need your phone. Although an extra phone or two could be handy. One as a teleprompter, and one for emergency texting when in live session. In a recent thread, I saw Camera for OBS mentioned, which is a tool to checkout. On my wishlist is the awesome 4k tracking Insta360 link camera.

  • With Camera for OBS Studio you can broadcast high-quality video from your iPhone's camera into OBS Studio.

  • Camo – webcam for Mac and PC allows you to access the incredible cameras on your phone and get powerful effects and adjustments for Zoom, Meet, and more.

  • Insta360 Link webcam features AI tracking and controls, as well as a 3-axis gimbal and 4x zoom. It also features 2 built-in microphones with noise-canceling technology.
